    • Management Buy Out of Safety Division.

    • Opening of Dublin Sales and Distribution Centre.

    • Acquisition of Orrwear Protective Supplies, strengthening Anderco’s Dublin presence.

    • Acquisition of the Cleanroom Supplies Business of IPT giving Anderco strategic access to this market.

      Deployment of Business Wide ERP solution providing an IT backbone for expansion and enhanced business management.

    • Deployment in the UK market with on targeted product category basis.

    • Launch of Professional Services Business Unit offering integrated Risk management and Support Services.

      Widening of UK product portfolio to include a full service offering to Large Accounts.

    • Opening of dedicated Training Centre in Dublin providing a comprehensive range of safety related programmes as part of the company’s Professional Service Offering.

    • JBS acquires Anderco Safety (Multi-site supplier of PPE and workwear to blue-chip companies and the Pharma and Life Sciences Industries).

      JBS acquires Chas E. Prossor & Co. Ltd (Liverpool-based supplier of workwear and PPE to general industrial clients with emphasis on the aerospace industry).

      JBS becomes Carbon (CO2) and Climate Neutral, recognising our commitment to ISO 14001 accreditation.
